Job Description

The Research Executive is an emerging insight professional responsible for supporting research projects while developing strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and modern research capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious about people, enthusiastic about learning, and eager to leverage AI and technology in research.

Key Responsibilities

Research Project Support

  • Assist in the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Support questionnaire development, discussion guides, fieldwork coordination, and data collection.
  • Conduct secondary research and market landscape reviews.

Insight Development

  • Analyze data and identify meaningful patterns, themes, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Help transform findings into clear business implications and recommendations.

AI & Digital Research Tools

  • Utilize AI-powered tools to support analysis, synthesis, reporting, and productivity.
  • Explore new technologies that improve research quality and efficiency.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with emerging research methodologies.

Learning & Development

  • Build knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Participate actively in internal learning initiatives and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop understanding of client businesses and commercial challenges.

Team & Client Support

  • Collaborate effectively with project teams.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, psychology, social sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or related discipline.
