Research & Development (R&D) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and improve products, systems, or processes in line with company objectives
• Conduct research, testing, and validation of new ideas and prototypes
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and sales
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support when required
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical / Mechanical / Software Engineering) or related field
• Minimum [X] years of relevant working experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools/software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, programming languages, etc.)
