Research & Business Development Associate (B2B | Telemarketing & Market Intelligence)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual with B2B telemarketing or telesales experience to support our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

You will play a key role in identifying target market opportunities, building our pipeline, and supporting strategic outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B research to identify high-potential target companies and decision-makers
  • Execute outbound calls to qualify prospects and generate sales appointments
  • Maintain and enrich our CRM/database with accurate, actionable information
  • Support ongoing market research and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the database and sales teams to ensure strong lead follow-up
