Role Overview
We are looking for a Research Associate to support consulting projects in healthcare, ageing, and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Analytical and structured
- Interested in healthcare systems, dementia, or public health
- Able to translate research into clear, actionable insights
You will work closely with a senior consultant on high-impact, fast-paced projects, including international initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research and benchmarking (global and regional)
- Synthesise findings into clear insights and structured summaries
- Support development of presentations and reports
- Identify best practices, trends, and case examples
- Assist in drafting proposals and strategic documents
Work Schedule
- Location: Singapore (Hybrid / Remote)
- Type: Part-time / Project-based
- Duration: 2-4 weeks per project (extendable based on performance)
- Estimated commitment: 15-25 hours per week
- Working style: Flexible, with 2-3 check-ins per week
Salary / Compensation
- Range: S$1,200 - S$2,500 per project
(based on experience and scope) - Opportunity for repeat engagements and progression to longer-term roles
Requirements
Essential:
- Background in: Public health, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to structure information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Good written English
Preferred:
- Interest or experience in: Dementia care / ageing, Healthcare systems or policy, Innovation (AI, digital health, robotics)
- Experience in consulting, research, or strategy work
