Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Research Associate to join our executive search team. This role sits at the heart of the recruitment lifecycle—focusing on talent identification, candidate engagement, and pipeline conversion.
Beyond research, you will play a critical role in influencing candidates, managing relationships, and contributing directly to successful placements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented yet commercially minded, and keen to build a career in recruitment or executive search.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, market mapping, referrals).
- Conduct initial screening and in-depth assessments of candidates experience, motivations, and suitability.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future mandates.
- Partner closely with Consultants/Managers to drive end-to-end search execution and successful placements.
- Develop market intelligence on talent movements, competitor landscape, and hiring trends.
- Maintain accurate and structured candidate records within internal systems.
- Proactively follow up with candidates, manage expectations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Contribute to achieving team KPIs, including candidate conversion and placement success.

- Candidates without prior recruitment experience are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles will be advantageous.
