Job Description

Overall Job Responsibility

  • SG Enable oversees the MSF-funded adult disability services. We are reviewing the continuum of services to better support adult persons with disabilities and their caregivers and are implementing pilot programmes to test out new models of care in the community.
  • Some examples of key pilot programmes are Enabled Living Programme (ELP) and Enabling Skills for Life Programme (ESLP):
  • ELP is a new community living model that aims to support low-income adults with disabilities who do not have family care arrangements and are able to live independently. This is part of the Enabling Masterplan 2030 (EMP2030), a national effort to create more options for adults with disabilities to thrive where they live, work and connect with others.
  • ESLP is a training focused programme that aims to improve the functional outcomes and quality of life for persons with disabilities through a person-centered approach. It seeks to enhance integrate and enhance the Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop services, allowing the clients to access different forms of training and pathways as their needs evolved over their life stages.
  • The applicant is responsible for supporting research and evaluation of pilot programmes such as ELP and ESLP.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Management

  • Perform cleaning, validating, organising raw datasets from multiple Excel sources
  • Restructure the raw datasets into formats suitable for Power BI dashboards or master data templates with Python
  • Assist with the migration of existing excel reports to automated dashboards or master data templates.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Research Coordination and Management

  • Undertake and manage data collection with clients and service providers
  • Perform administrative duties (e.g. keep records and documentation required for KPI reporting and audit purposes, track and arrange data collection and follow ups, prepare and submit reports as required).
  • Coordinate internally within SGE as well as SSAs, and external research partners for data collection and submission.

Any Other Responsibilities As Assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficient in Python, Excel (Pivot, tables, formulas), PowerBi
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with various social service professionals and organisations.
  • Has an interest in the social service sector and in using data to drive social impact
  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree, diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field.
