Job Description



Jobscope:

  • Carry out on-the-job training to enhance expertise in biological data analysis
  • Will plan and perform biological data analysis with a focus on microarray and next-generation sequencing data analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis using various bioinformatics tools and software
  • Assist in the interpretation of genomic data and generate reports
  • Develop and maintain analysis pipeline
  • Collaborate with other researchers in the laboratory to interpret data and generate reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Computer science, or a related field
  • Experience in programming languages such as R and python
  • Knowledge of bioinformatics tools for microarray and sequencing analysis is a plus
  • Motivation to learn new skills and solve problems
  • Good communication skills and team player
