- Monday - Friday/9am to 6pm
- Location: Central & research lab in the west
- 12 months contract (renewable subjected to experience and business directions)
- Salary: Up to $4200 (Subjected to experience)
- Candidates without experience but with relevant studies is welcomed to apply as training will be provided
The Talent:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Biological Sciences, or any related field.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques (ELISA, DNA/ RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting), data analysis techniques. Experience with primary skin cells would be an advantage.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and statistical software.
- Strong team player, independent, proactive, and ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Identify ways to improve methods and innovate methodologies to accomplish goals with experience and technical capability.
Job Description
- Conduct upstream research in areas related to skin, hair, and scalp.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary research and collaborate with internal global teams and external partners.
- Identify innovative concepts and active ingredients for new cosmetic, dermatology, and consumer care products.
- Accelerate the transformation of selected research projects.
- Document all research activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Analyze raw data and prepare reports and presentations on research outcomes.
- Occasionally work flexible hours for time-sensitive experiments.
- Perform light administrative tasks related to lab safety, maintenance, and ordering.
- Work across different sites as required (internal or external partner locations).
- Demonstrate ability to manage complexities and work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
