Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Research and Development Director / R&D Manager at Eco Elegance Official. The individual will oversee research and development initiatives, lead project management efforts, and manage cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development. Responsibilities include developing, planning, and executing R&D strategies, identifying trends and opportunities for innovation, supervising product testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Research and Development (R&D), including designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions
• Strong skills in Team Leadership and Team Management to effectively lead and inspire diverse teams
• Experience in Research and the ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in Project Management to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments
• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or technical field preferred
• Familiarity with sustainability practices or eco-friendly product development is highly advantageous
