Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Investment Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to support our portfolio management team. To ensure compliance with
Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements for CMS license holders
, the candidate must demonstrate professional competence in investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous fundamental analysis on listed companies, industries, and asset classes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation and forecasting.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Monitor portfolio investments and track market trends, geopolitical events, and economic data.
- Ensure all investment activities comply with internal policies and MAS regulatory guidelines.
Requirements (MAS Compliant Candidate Profile)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of professional experience in buy-side research, sell-side research, or investment banking.
- Qualifications: CFA Charterholder or Candidate (Level II/III) is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, valuation (DCF, Multiples), and Bloomberg skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore financial regulations and MAS guidelines on investment management.
- Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, integrity, and the ability to articulate investment theses clearly.
