We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our trading and research functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, providing insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market and economic data from various sources.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Monitor industry and market trends, providing timely updates to the team.
- Work closely with traders, analysts, and management on research-related projects.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of research outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with statistical/analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
