We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conducting research, analyzing data, and generating insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, or competitor research to support business initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide internal decision-making
- Assist in building and maintaining research databases and datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research questions and data needs
- Support the development of forecasts, models, or analytical frameworks
- Validate data accuracy and ensure high-quality research outputs
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, data analysis tools, or basic statistical techniques
- Ability to translate research findings into clear, concise insights
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
- Fluent in English and legally eligible to work full-time in Singapore
