About the Role

This is a 1-year contract position with a possibility of permanent emplacement.

My client is seeking an Analyst to design and conduct research that advances service delivery, operations and enforcement practices within the public sector. You will generate citizen-centric insights and translate research findings into practical learning resources and advisory support for practitioners and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct research on Service, Operations and Enforcement Management

  • Identify and analyse emerging trends and citizen insights

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations)

  • Manage large-scale research projects, including vendors and stakeholders

  • Translate insights into learning materials such as articles, toolkits, case studies and presentations

  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, seminars and communities of practice

  • Provide advisory and consultancy support to public sector agencies

About You

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • 2-3 years experience in customer insights, market research, consulting or related fields is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively

  • Self-motivated, adaptable and interested in service, operations and enforcement management
