Research & AI Associate Intern

1. Support the Wealth Management team in global macro research and asset allocation analysis.

2. Monitor macroeconomic data, policy developments, and market trends across major global economies, and produce regular research reports and thematic analyses.

3. Assist in building and maintaining investment research databases, including market data, fund data, and research knowledge repositories.

4. Participate in research on wealth management products, including mutual funds, private funds, ETFs, and structured products.

5. Leverage AI tools to enhance research efficiency, including but not limited to information gathering, document processing, knowledge base development, and automated research workflow design.

6. Participate in the development and testing of AI agents and intelligent applications, exploring the use of AI in investment research, knowledge management, and client service scenarios.

7. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the team.

1. Master's degree or above.

2. Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or other related disciplines.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to efficiently review and analyze research materials in both languages.

4. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid research capabilities.

5. Demonstrated strength in at least two of the following four areas:

- Macroeconomic Research

- Financial Market Research

- Data Analysis

- AI Tools and Agent Application Development

6. Experience in quantitative research, financial technology (FinTech), or AI-related projects will be considered a strong advantage.
