Job Description & Requirements
- Handling urgent queries via calls, emails, and messages and update them delivery schedule.
- Prepare quotation and check orders.
- Take instruction from customer and liaise with production team to ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. (Quantity and quality check for Reprographic Services)
- Assist finance for Reprographics billing/payment and collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Direct Sales, entertain walk in client and assist on the quotation/paperwork for services.
- Liaise with vendor/supplier/client.
- Drive company vehicle to provide safe and timely delivery and collection of goods.
- Ensure maintenance of company vehicle cleanliness and courteous manner.

- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your Manager and/or the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- Proficient in use of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Must Possess Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
