As a Report & IP Processing Officer in the Investigation Support Team, you will play an important role in supporting the Traffic Police Investigation Branch by processing police documents, managing appeals and providing administrative support to Branch Management.

What You Will Be Working On
You will report to the OC Admin and Processing, and be responsible for:
- Processing and maintaining accurate records to support whole-of-branch administration and TP IB Management
- Managing cases in the Traffic Incident Management System (TIMS) and Next-Generation Case Management System (NGen CRMS)
- Managing correspondence from Members of Parliament (MPs), ensuring timely responses and proper escalation where required
- Drafting and managing correspondence on behalf of TP IB's management team
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and timely follow-up
- Providing administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management.
- Managing and coordinating the calendar of Head Investigation, including meetings, appointments and events
- Maintaining proper records and tracking key management indicators and case outcomes to support informed decision-making by TP IB's management team
- Maintaining proper records and tracking manpower movements of the branch to ensure accuracy in the branch's contact list, updated on a monthly basis
- Facilitate HSA's collection of DNA samples from arrested persons for CRO's records on a one- to two-weekly basis

REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualifications with relevant work experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with strict deadlines
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high degree of discretion in handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
- Possess service-oriented attributes with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with case management systems is an advantage
