Working Location: Northern Region
Working Hours: 12 hours shift (3-4-4-3 monthly pattern)
- Day Shift: 8.30am to 9pm
- Night Shift: 8.30pm to 9am

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, refurbishment, and testing of semiconductor equipment parts and subassemblies
- Conduct troubleshooting down to board or component level where applicable.
- Maintain the customer's in-house workbench, tools, and spare part inventory in good condition
- Ensure all repairs meet functional and quality standards before return to production use
- Work closely with Galatek's engineering and service teams to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Record all repair activities, test results, and parts usage in the service database.
- Provide technical feedback to improve tool reliability and maintainability.
- Adhere to all ESD, cleanroom, and safety protocols.
- Support periodic preventive maintenance and calibration tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical training)
- Experience in semiconductor equipment repair, module refurbishment, or similar precision electronic/mechanical systems
- Troubleshooting skills with ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience with electrical measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.) and mechanical hand tools.
- Familiarity with cleanroom and ESD-safe working procedures.
- Good documentation discipline and communication skills.
- Able to work independently at customer site with professionalism and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment types and repair procedures.
