Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end repair process in collaboration with the sales team - including diagnosis, responding to client inquiries, preparing cost estimates, coordinating repair activities or subcontractors, and conducting quality checks on completed pieces.
- Foster a positive team spirit and actively contribute to daily boutique operations by enhancing personal knowledge (High Jewelry, Jewelry, Watchmaking, and Stones for quality purposes), participating in group training sessions, and completing LMS assessments to strengthen client service awareness within the sales team.
- Maintain and organize the workshop area in line with Maison guidelines, ensuring proper setup, upkeep, and compliance with standards for handling creations and managing spare parts.
- Prepare reports and provide support with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service, luxury retail and after-sales operations.
- Strong client focus with excellent problem-solving skills and follow-through.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Skilled in MS Office applications able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Friendly, client-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellence.
