Perform troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems to minimize equipment downtime.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Conduct routine equipment health inspections, monitor machine performance, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Diagnose machine faults and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
Coordinate and lead maintenance activities with production personnel to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and according to schedule.
Coordinate with machine OEMs, suppliers, and external service contractors for technical support, repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvement.
Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components while optimizing inventory levels.
Source quotations, monitor procurement lead times, and support maintenance cost control within the approved budget.
Lead or participate in machine installation, commissioning, modification, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
Support Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), plant utilities, and building facility maintenance projects.
Ensure maintenance documentation, equipment history, calibration records, and SOPs are maintained and kept up to date.
Attend internal, customer, and external audits, and provide engineering support, documentation, and corrective actions as required.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Participate in the standby duty roster and respond to machine breakdowns outside normal working hours when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Technical Competencies
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of PLCs, drives, HMIs, and industrial automation.
Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, KEB, Yaskawa, or similar control systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CMMS.
