. Lead a team of technicians to oversee repair work for all products
. Liaise with customers and the customer service team on a daily basis to understand product faults and customer issues
. Work directly with in-house engineering team to resolve any technical issues arising from customer complaints or product repairs or product abnormalities
. Diagnose customer reported faults on products and identify hardware issues required to resolve faults
. Prepare documentation and repair evaluation for customers
. Carry out repair solutions with hardware replacement for returned products
. Control and maintain repair components inventory in SAP
. Submit purchase request for component needed in the repair process
. Assist in quality control based on product repair
. Establish systems and practices to encourage workflow improvements to enhance repair work
. Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities
