Job Scope
- Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
- Project supervision from start till handover
- Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
- Scheduling respective work trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination including coordination with internal own workers and external contractors
- Updating project director and clients on the project status, project timeline and work progress on daily basis to ensure timeline handover and completion
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects for both condos and HDB
- Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred
- Minimum requirement O Level or Nitec
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Great problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Independent, energetic and presentable
Compensation
- Please note, this is not a commission based coordinator role - we provide monthly basic salary, CPF contribution, AWS, annual leave, medical leave etc
- 5 day work week - flexible working arrangement
