Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage and supervise full-cycle renovation or construction projects

. Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

. Ensure on-site progress and workmanship comply with drawings and quality standards

. Handle defect inspections, project handovers, and client satisfaction

. Prepare weekly project reports and attend coordination meetings

. Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant fields

. At least 2 years of project management experience in interior fit-out or construction

. Good knowledge of local regulations and construction standards

. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities under pressure.
