Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Renovation Marketing Manager to lead and manage marketing activities for renovation and interior design services, promoting the brand, generating sales leads, and supporting business growth through online and offline strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for renovation and interior design services to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms, website content, and online advertisements to drive engagement and lead generation
- Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at attracting residential and commercial renovation customers
- Coordinate showroom promotions, events, and customer engagement activities to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to generate and qualify high-quality leads for business growth
- Prepare compelling marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content to support sales and branding efforts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to support marketing and business objectives
- Oversee branding, advertising, and digital marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in renovation, interior design, or construction industry
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills applied in marketing and client interactions
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools for campaign management and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in customer relationship management to enhance client engagement and retention
