• Ensure overall operation, housekeeping and adequate resources to enhance efficient function of the department
• Ensure prompt service with enthusiastic working attitude.
• Exercise authority in planning, deployment and scheduling, coordinating and supervision of the department.
• Develop risk management contingency plan in the operation of the department
• Implementing display guideline and planogram
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning, arranging, and meeting schedules monitoring results.
