Splashtop is looking for an eager and motivated Renewal Sales Specialist, who willfocus on retaining existing customers and growing recurring revenue by managing subscription / service renewals, preventing churn, identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities, and acting as a client's trusted advisor, requiring strong communication, negotiation, CRM skills (Salesforce), and product knowledge to meet revenue targets. You will also proactively contact clients via phone/email, address concerns, negotiate contracts, and use data to ensure continued product value, collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
You will report to the Vice President Sales, Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Proactively manage contract expirations, provide quotes, and close renewals on time.
- Customer Retention: Address roadblocks, handle objections, and ensure high customer satisfaction to prevent churn.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and facilitate upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, with sales.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
- Sales Operations: Maintain CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), provide accurate forecasts, and meet renewal quotas.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer success, and technical teams to resolve issues.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Must be based in Singapore.
- Mandatory: Must be fluently bilingual in both English and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
- Diploma or higher. A diploma or degree in Computer Science or related major would be a plus.
- Up to 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales or customer success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with and / or knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) would be a plus.
- Ability to understand product / service value and client needs.
- Data analysis skills for monitoring customer health and metrics.
- Self-starter, flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
