Job Title: Renewal Sales Representative

Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Run full renewal sales cycle from creating opportunities to closing the deal to ultimately meet renewal sales goals and business objectives
- Manage and coordinate sales activities and upcoming renewals by delegating, communicating internally to provide visibility to all necessary parties, and building quotes
- Maintain and track renewals in SalesForce to ensure accurate visibility
- Build strong business relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARS) to provide them with renewal quotes and ensure these quotes are received, understood and delivered to customers
- Develop renewal forecasts for senior management and C-level executives
- Build and develop relationships with customers and internal resources
- Contribute to activities that will ensure the continued success and growth of the company
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3+ years of Sales Experience (preferably experience in renewals or software sales)
- Outstanding phone skills
- Account management and relationship management skills
- Business savvy and negotiating skills
- Autonomous, self-motivated, persistent and ambitious personality
- Detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
- Sense of humor
