Job Title: Renewal Sales Representative

Summary

About Varonis

Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

  • Run full renewal sales cycle from creating opportunities to closing the deal to ultimately meet renewal sales goals and business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities and upcoming renewals by delegating, communicating internally to provide visibility to all necessary parties, and building quotes
  • Maintain and track renewals in SalesForce to ensure accurate visibility
  • Build strong business relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARS) to provide them with renewal quotes and ensure these quotes are received, understood and delivered to customers
  • Develop renewal forecasts for senior management and C-level executives
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and internal resources
  • Contribute to activities that will ensure the continued success and growth of the company

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-3+ years of Sales Experience (preferably experience in renewals or software sales)
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Account management and relationship management skills
  • Business savvy and negotiating skills
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, persistent and ambitious personality
  • Detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Sense of humor
