Remote In-House Counsel

Crosby A.I., backed by top investors like Sequoia Capital and Bain Capital Ventures, is a successful, groundbreaking legaltech startup building both an agentic A.I. tool to assist with contract automation, as well as the law firm that uses those tools. Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. After a significant funding round we're seeking a driven Commercial Counsel with SaaS and tech transactions experience to be an early hire for our legal team. You'll be helping to shape our A.I. tools and using them - running commercial deals for some of the fastest growing, most innovative startups in the world.

Must be admitted to the bar in the U.S.

Transactional/contract drafting experience required. Drafting/Negotiating/Redlining sales agreements, dealing with data usage/ownership/privacy issues, familiarity with MSA's/ NDA's/DPA's/Order Forms, negotiating on 1st and 3rd party paper.

You'll join a great culture while maintaining quality work, with no billable hours. This role can be entirely remote anywhere in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the bar in the U.S.

• Transactional/contract drafting experience.

• J.D. or LLM is ok.
