The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-performance recovery experiences and supporting clients in achieving optimal movement and function.
Your Roles and Responsibility
- Deliver pre- and post-event sports massage sessions
- Develop personalised recovery protocols
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists on rehab plans
- Maintain accurate client records and session notes
- Uphold RAPID Group's standards of clinical excellence
- Contribute to a high-performance, team-driven environment
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Remedial / Sports Massage Therapy
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a clinical or sports setting
- Skilled in deep tissue, myofascial release & trigger point therapy
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Passion for sports, recovery, and performance
- Positive, team-first attitude
