Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to assess the financial objectives, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Manage and grow an onshore HNW / upper affluent client portfolio through proactive relationship management and regular financial reviews.
Provide clients with timely market insights, investment ideas, and structured financial recommendations across multiple asset classes.
Deliver a broad range of wealth and banking solutions, including investments, insurance, lending, and deposit products, to address complex client needs.
Drive portfolio growth and revenue generation while maintaining a high standard of service and client experience.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through consistent engagement and value-added advisory.
Ensure all advisory, sales, and onboarding activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Partner internal product specialists and stakeholders to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management within retail, wealth, or private banking.
Strong understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory for affluent and HNW clients.
Proven experience managing onshore affluent or HNW client portfolios.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant banking, investment, or financial advisory certifications will be an advantage.
