Key Responsibilities
Client Coverage & Origination
- Manage and grow relationships with SEA-headquartered corporates across diverse sectors.
- Originate and structure tailored financial solutions using the full suite of wholesale banking products.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Treasurers.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Product & Solution Delivery
- Provide expertise across lending, trade finance, treasury, FX, DCM, and structured finance.
- Ensure high-quality execution and seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory developments to advise clients effectively.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- VP Level: Support senior RMs in account planning and execution; contribute to team initiatives.
- Director Level: Lead client strategy for key accounts; mentor junior bankers; drive regional collaboration.
- MD Level: Shape strategic direction for client coverage; represent the bank in senior forums; lead and develop high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Experience
- VP: 5-8 years in corporate or wholesale banking.
- Director: 10+ years with leadership in client coverage and deal origination.
- MD: 15+ years with extensive client networks and strategic leadership experience.
Skills
- Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and cross-border solutions.
- Proven ability to originate and execute complex transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep client relationships in Singapore or SEA markets are highly preferred.
