Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by providing cash management, transaction banking, and working capital solutions.
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and drive revenue through the cross-selling of business accounts, cash management, FX, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
- Build strong relationships with business owners by understanding their banking needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists to provide end-to-end transaction banking solutions while ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC, CDD, FATCA, and AML standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Business Banking, Cash Management, or B2B sales and relationship management.
- Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and business development skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of cash management, trade finance, FX, working capital solutions, or transaction banking products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from Retail Banking (Priority RM, Acquisition Manager) looking to transition into transaction banking are welcome to apply.
