Relationship Manager

Salt is partnering with a rapidly scaling international bank, offering an exciting opportunity for high-performing professionals to relocate to Singapore.

This role is ideal for candidates currently based in Malaysia, The Philippines, Indonesia, or Thailand who are looking to take the next step in their wealth management career within a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advisory services to both existing and prospective clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients
• Provide holistic financial planning and investment solutions aligned to client goals
• Offer informed insights and recommendations based on market trends and investment opportunities
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of client relationship management
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales, compliance, and advisory documentation
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business processes

Your Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant discipline
• Proven experience minimum 2 years plus in Premium, Wealth, or Treasury Banking
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and financial markets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated sales professional
• CMFAS certifications (RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) or similar preferred
