Role Overview:
We are partnering with a leading global bank to build their retail and premier banking business in Singapore. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and managing high net worth and qualified depositor clients. You will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive client outreach, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new high net worth and qualified depositor clients through outbound calls, physical visits, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct account opening procedures and manage all related KYC documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products and services, including remittances, home loans, and other relevant offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely processing of transactions and addressing client needs.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, minimizing escalation and operational risk.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance with KYC, AML/CFT norms, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in relevant projects or tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, customer servicing or banking role (25 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets
- High level of integrity and professionalism
