Job Description

Job Summary

Acquire, build, and deepen relationships with existing High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenues while delivering professional advisory and portfolio management services aligned with clients investment objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HNWI clients profiles, demographics, psychographics, and asset holdings within the Bank and externally to tailor investment strategies effectively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HNWI clients, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service delivery
  • Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability budgets by proactively managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Analyze and address HNWI clients investment needs and objectives to deliver service excellence and enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct all sales and service activities in strict compliance with the Bank's risk management policies and regulatory requirements
  • Generate new business by leveraging existing networks and identifying potential clients to meet defined sales targets
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and basic PC skills to prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation efficiently
  • Apply expert knowledge of banking and investment products to provide informed advisory services that align with client goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • CMFAS certifications
  • CACS Papers 1 & 2

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Relevant experience in relationship management within banking or financial institutions
  • Experience in complementary industries with an established network of HNWI clients
