Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products, particularly in the Malaysia market.
- In consultation with the PB team manager, branch manager, or PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving and exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the financial services space.
- Understanding of core concepts, principles, processes, or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking.
- Knowledge and experience in the Malaysia market is an added advantage.
