About The Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality corporate services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, is commercially minded, and can balance relationship management with compliance and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, including Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate, and professional service delivery
  • Understand clients business needs and recommend appropriate corporate solutions
  • Handle client enquiries, onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service coordination
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service standards
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services where appropriate
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records, communications, and documentation
  • Support senior management on client-related matters when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles, corporate services, professional services, or financial services is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and compliance-conscious
  • Comfortable engaging clients professionally via email, calls, and meetings
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible mindset
