Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager Invoice Financing, you will be responsible for initiating and developing client relationships through proactive outreach. Youll build your own portfolio by identifying prospects, converting them into successful cases, and maintaining long-term relationships. The role requires a balance of strategic communication, persistence,

and excellent service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio growth over time.

Job Descriptions

  • Build a portfolio of invoice financing clients and grow it with cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Onboard new clients for invoice financing product with a focus on partner ecosystems for which leads and support will be provided.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, messaging platforms, and LinkedIn etc, to connect with potential clients.
  • Monitor, document, and regularly update all outreach activities to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and adhere to established processes to deliver a smooth and seamless experience for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with outbound calls and client presentations
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, retention)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client issues, propose tailored solutions, and follow through until resolution
  • Driven and pro-active team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
