Job Description & Requirements:
- Actively acquire, develop, and deepen corporate client relationships with a strong focus on driving deposit growth, cash management penetration, and transaction banking revenue
- Proactively monitor transactions and implement appropriate strategies to actively manage the relevant risks.
- Provide timely and effective customer service to build good customer engagement and satisfaction.
- The role requires the ability to effectively understand / identify / assess customer's needs, and a strong understanding of payments, collections, liquidity structures, and working capital needs to be able to recommend effective solutions, proactively pursue business opportunities, and strengthen engagement with new and existing clients who fall within the Bank's risk appetite to support the Bank's strategic growth.
Minimum qualifications:
Degree in Banking & Finance
Minimum experience:
8 - 10 years of relevant experience
Required skillset:
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and procedures, including cash management, payments, trade and FX.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record in deposit acquisition, cash management and relationship management.
- Demonstrated track record in being able to proactively generate solutions and in procuring support from internal stakeholders to deliver holistic banking solutions.
- Good understanding of KYC/AML requirements and regulatory expectations.
