MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager (FX) to drive growth across our foreign exchange business. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate, institutional, and/or high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored FX solutions, and partnering closely with trading, treasury, and product teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge with commercial acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with corporate, institutional, and/or private clients with FX needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all FX-related inquiries, execution, and advisory
  • Understand client hedging, liquidity, and cross-border payment requirements

2. Business Development

  • Proactively originate new FX business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach
  • Grow FX revenue through cross-selling and upselling FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, options where applicable)
  • Identify opportunities across trade finance, payments, treasury, and digital asset flows (if relevant)

3. FX Advisory & Solutions

  • Provide clients with insights on FX markets, trends, and risk management strategies
  • Structure and recommend appropriate hedging solutions tailored to client exposures
  • Collaborate with internal trading desks to deliver competitive pricing and execution

4. Trade Execution & Coordination

  • Facilitate seamless FX trade execution in coordination with trading and operations teams
  • Ensure timely settlement and follow-through on post-trade activities
  • Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness

5. Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support onboarding, KYC, and periodic client reviews in collaboration with compliance teams
  • Monitor client activity for suitability and risk considerations

6. Market Intelligence

  • Stay up to date on global macroeconomic trends, FX markets, and competitor offerings
  • Provide internal feedback on client needs, pricing trends, and product gaps

Minimum Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in FX sales, relationship management, or treasury solutions
  • Strong understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps; options is a plus)
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with FX trading platforms and execution workflows
  • Understanding of treasury, payments, and cross-border flows
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client portfolio (corporates, SMEs, or institutions)
  • Experience in fintech, digital assets, or multi-asset platforms
  • Strong regional exposure (e.g., Asia markets)
