Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term business value. This role requires a mix of consultative engagement, strategic account management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
. Develop a deep understanding of clients business goals, challenges, and industry landscape.
. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or introduce new solutions that meet client needs.
. Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, service delivery oversight, and renewal.
. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical, and support) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
. Monitor account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights.
. Resolve escalations promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.
. Contribute to revenue growth targets by managing pipelines and driving account expansion.
. Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM tools.
. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
. Proven track record of achieving sales or retention targets.
. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
