Relationship Manager, Financial Services

Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking an Operations Relationship Manager to manage day-to-day operational matters for their Financial Adviser (FA) partner network.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of FA partner engagement, owning end-to-end case management for operational requests and driving timely, effective resolution across phone, email, and in-person channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve operational requests and feedback raised by FA partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders for swift closure
• Lead end-to-end case management — maintaining accurate records, providing status updates, and progressing cases through to resolution
• Liaise directly with FA partners to confirm requirements, address queries, and manage concerns
• Build and strengthen working relationships with FA partners to enhance the overall distributor experience
• Deliver regular operational updates and training sessions to FA partners
• Support broader operational initiatives as business priorities require

What We're Looking For

• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within life insurance
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and/or Claims within life insurance is a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven stakeholder management across teams and levels
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with ownership of outcomes
