About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Financial Sales Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with leadership potential, strong client management skills, and a passion for financial solutions.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial sales or relationship management
• Prior experience in team leadership is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
