Relationship Manager (Financial Sales/Loan Solutions)
You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and onboard clients with business loan or equipment/software financing requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
- Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
- Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project wins, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
