Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Large ASEAN Corporates)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of large ASEAN corporate clients. The role focuses on relationship management, business origination and delivering holistic financing and transaction banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large ASEAN corporate clients.
- Originate new lending, treasury, trade finance and cash management opportunities.
- Structure and execute bilateral, syndicated and working capital financing solutions.
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct financial analysis.
- Drive cross-sell initiatives across Transaction Banking, Treasury and Capital Markets.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong credit quality.
- Build new client relationships and identify cross-border opportunities across ASEAN.
- Partner with internal product, risk and support teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- 5–15 years Corporate Banking experience covering large local, regional or multinational corporates.
- Strong credit analysis and corporate lending experience.
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
- Good understanding of corporate banking products including lending, trade finance, cash management and treasury solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Regional ASEAN corporate coverage experience is highly preferred.
