Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard IT sector clients with business financing needs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable secured and unsecured loan solutions.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Build long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience dealing with IT/communications industry clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
