JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to all walk-in residents, including updating feedback provider on the action taken
- Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new cases
- Issue events/facilities booking permits as and when required
- Reply to feedback emails & calls
- Attend to cases on site (including house visit), where required/instructed
- First responder for any escalated cases
- Communicate with external agencies for cases
- Any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in handling difficult people
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- Effective written & verbal communication
- Must be able to attend cases on site independently
- IT savvy
- Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5pm with an additional 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1pm
