Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to all walk-in residents, including updating feedback provider on the action taken
  • Utilise system to check past feedback cases or create new cases
  • Issue events/facilities booking permits as and when required
  • Reply to feedback emails & calls
  • Attend to cases on site (including house visit), where required/instructed
  • First responder for any escalated cases
  • Communicate with external agencies for cases
  • Any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in handling difficult people
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Effective written & verbal communication
  • Must be able to attend cases on site independently
  • IT savvy
  • Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5pm with an additional 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1pm
