Role Overview

We are partnering with several leading global banks to support the expansion of their Affluent and Private Banking businesses in Singapore. We are working closely with multiple clients to ensure the right platform fit for each candidate, focusing on organisations that provide the structure, resources, leadership support, and long‑term stability required for sustained success.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Qualified Depositor clients, while delivering exceptional client experience within a strong governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire HNW and Qualified Depositor clients through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and targeted business development activities.
  • Manage end-to-end account opening processes, including KYC documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Cross-sell a broad range of banking products, services and related offerings for HNW.
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring timely execution of transactions and resolution of client needs.
  • Handle client enquiries and complaints effectively, minimising operational and reputational risk.
  • Maintain strict adherence to KYC, AML/CFT, and internal compliance standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and participate in projects or initiatives as directed by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in relationship management and sales within affluent or private banking.
  • Strong understanding of banking and wealth management products and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Self-driven and able to perform both independently and as part of a team.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and regulatory awareness.
