About the Role
The Relationship Management Executive will support the development and management of client relationships while identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term engagement. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure clients are well-supported throughout their journey with AKC. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and confident in handling client interactions in a professional and responsive manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely follow-up and support
- Identify opportunities for business growth through client engagement, renewals, referrals, or upselling of relevant solutions
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and follow-up actions
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, and highlight areas for improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with AKC's service offerings
- Track market feedback and client trends to support relationship development efforts

- Experience in client servicing, relationship management, sales support, or account coordination is an advantage
