Rehabilitation Manager
- Provide strategic leadership and effective management of the department to deliver rehabilitative healthcare services that align with ENHS standards and the Care Home model.
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of occupational and physiotherapists.
- Ensure all clinical practices and therapist standards comply with MOH and AHPC regulations.
- Oversee the orientation of new staff and supervise ongoing professional development.
- Design and conduct in-house training for the latest rehab techniques and implement new procedures.
- Coordinate the procurement of external therapy services to support resident rehabilitation.
- Identify service gaps and implement new programs or special projects for residents.
- Analyze healthcare trends and changing resident needs to plan appropriate rehab services.
- Manage the smooth transition of residents between acute care, chronic care, and the community.
- Maintain high service quality and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
- Plan and execute regular quality audits to ensure standards are met.
- Develop and sustain collaborative relationships with external agencies and partner organizations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
- Post-graduate qualifications are highly preferred.
- Full registration with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven managerial experience within rehabilitation services or center management.
- Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to use local languages or dialects preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build networks and maintain strong linkages with stakeholders.
