The role & Requirements
- Joining an established legal team, you will work as a partner to commercial teams, offering clear and concise support to new and exiting product / services across the APAC region.
- Whether it&aposs changes to social media laws or new products launches across the e-commerce platform, your ability to research, analyse, cut through the jargon and provide clear judgment on risk vs. reward to commercial teams makes this a truly commercial focused - regulatory advisory role.
- A lawyer with 5 - 10 years PQE would be the right level for this hire.
- A background in regulatory advisory work, ideally in a technology environment.
- Lawyers with Tier 1 law firm backgrounds and education from overseas / to a high level.
- The role is open to lawyers direct from practice and also those currently In-House.
Other key requirements
- Demonstrate critical thinking to legal work and in the context of real time commercial decisions.
- The ability to look at the options you are presenting and to go one step further to give examples on how each option would play out.
- Excited by the strategic and creative approach to regulatory compliance.
- Can run with projects and can handle stakeholders across the region.
